Heading North

Post by BrotherRon »

Heading North for a few hours to introduce our 9 week old black lab to our cabin and woods.
Wife is in Detroit for our daughters baby shower that I was unable to attend so it's just me and Leela for the weekend.
About 2 feet of snow there yet so we will have to stick to the plowed trails.
Wanted to take the crossbow along for some spring training but will probably stick to the air rifle today.
Will stop at the artesian well near Mondeaux Dam on the way home and get 20 gallons of good drinking water to bring home for the week.

Ron.

 Don't let him run. Don't need another dog with a bad hip. :(

Next time spend your money wisely on certified A1 hips genetics from a reputable breeder

Let him run Ron.... :)

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

I saw news where little icebergs from a lake were pushing up 35 feet on to someone’s lawn! I’ve never even seen ice!

I would pay to see him there, and then hear the thunderous "CRACK".... bet it wouldn't take him long to get off the ice.
