Is there anything better than a Matrix 355

Post by FORVOLS » Tue Apr 24, 2018 7:33 pm

For all around hunting and shooting...give some love 355 brothers. Draw weight(not to bad) Speed..quick, heft, length of draw, accuracy, reliability...I RECOMMEND them to everyone I know that wants to talk crossbows and hunting or shooting...though if I could get my hands on a MATRIX 310/330 I would probably make that my just shooting XBOW..But Matrix 355 BAM...done for me

Id say it is the all around best model offered since the matrix came out. Never heard of one breaking. And I wish I did not sell mine

Except... It didnt come with REDS or an ADF. That along made it better $$wise to buy a 380

Yep ! The 355 has it all ! But that didn't stop me from getting a 330 B.D Now I have the 2 best bows out there . I also have the best long limb bow an Axiom alum. rail. Easy to cock and shoots lights out . With the snow almost gone I can start shooting these great bows again :eusa-clap:

I have a Matrix 310 for a shooting bow (which has also taken 2 deer) And a regular Matrix riser & limb assembly that I install for hunting with a 330.
Works great for me

Team 355 member here!

My Matrix 355 is my primary hunting bow. Great all around Excalibur. My Tact-zone scope is about toast so I ordered a Nikon Bolt to put on for the fall. I've heard good things about the Nikon.

I got one on each end, 330 & 380. Extremely happy with them, so the 355 right in the middle has to be in a happy place. Lol

The 350 LE is a better bow without a doubt. Faster and cheaper.

Some would agree, some would not. I will say that it is easy to cock, and plenty powerful enough for anything you want to hunt. Add an ADF, and you have a hard to beat model there. Had one, sold it, miss it. That said, the 380 Matrix more than makes up for it, and the hard hitting Micro 355 is another sweet mid range model with more compactness.

I think the 350 le when it was offered was the best buy out their with the full camo rail, and adf was about $200 less than the 355, oh the good old days are gone.
That said yes the 355 is great bow for the money hard to go wrong with it, and you can get some decent deals on used ones.

You could always pick up a Matrix 310 riser & limbs and have a 335 for a target shooting bow ;)
