Matrix 355 strikes again
Well my turkey season came Wed. of this week got all se up and shot one with the 355 Matrix and a 125 Magnus Bull head . was all packed up by 6.30 and back in bed by 7 . tried some thing new with the wings and made me some wing bone turkey calls ,and do you know they work good .and sound good to . made one longer than the other. can't wait to try it on some birds. just wondering if any one else ever tried maken one of these.

Congrats. Can't beat the magnus heads when the connect..

Congratulation on your spring gobbler. I have a wing bone turkey call that someone made for me, but never tried it my self. They do make some nice yelps.

Thanks. You should try it they seem to work good . my season starts wed. and I am going to use it .in another area other than around the house . I have been practicing with it around here so the turkeys are use to it . I got a good spot all picked out.

I have a wing bone call that I bought a long time ago, always intended to use it late in the season but usually get a bird early and don't get to use it, different sound for sure.
Funny that you brought that up, I cleaned up a wing from the one I got this year and have the bones in the freezer, I am going to try to make one myself from instructions on you tube. Seems pretty easy to make one, now that I think about that I should have kept both sides and made one a 2 bone call and the other a 3 bone for different sound variation.
