Wayne developed another brain bleed in the stem of his brain and lost all cognitive skills = ability to open his eyes, talk, nod his head, or give a thumbs up. They removed the bone flap on the left side of his skull to relieve pressure but it was too late. He also suffered several strokes due to the pressure on his brain. Sunday he was removed from life support and and is confined to a bed in palliative care in a comatose state. It will be just a matter of days until he passes. He has 2 brothers, 3 sisters, and 2 daughters at his bedside round the clock. the investigation is not complete yet and they will be sending his body to the state crime lab in Madison for an autopsy. We don't know why really happened yet, but have been told by several of his friends that there was 2 or 3 people that were involved in beating him. The clothes he was wearing the day it happened have vanished and no answer why he was left laying on a couch for 6 days without anyone seeking medical help for him. I can't say much else until the investigation is complete and we hopefully have some answers.
