broken fiber optic/size??

The looped end of my fiber optic broke off of my Exocet. Does anyone know the thread size, so I can replace it. I guessing .029 or smaller!

If your like me, you cannot set aside, for hunting, all the time necessary or that you would prefer.

My crossbow is a '99 Exocet (carved tips).

Did you manage to save any of the broken pieces? This has heppened to me twice previously. The 1st time, I just took the crossbow with the broken pieces I was able to retrieve to a bow shop and bought the proper size by comparing it & testing it.

Bought a fare size lenght of fibre optic so I would have enough to change it myself if it broke again in the future.

I took one of the pieces to a shop today and they ordered either .019 and 029 or 029 and 040 each. I will post the correct size when I get for future reference here.
