I just purchased a Lone Wolf Alpha hang on treestand and see it has two different setup options. One option is with using the EZ Hang Hook (must be purchased separately) or with using an Off-set bracket which comes with the stand.
I am curious if there are opinions as to which method is best and why?
I plan to keep the stand up during the entire archery season which runs through mid September to the last week of December.

Re: Lone Wolf Stand Question
I would go with the off set, especially if you are going to leave it up for a while. It's more stable, it can handle a crooked tree, and it sits out from the tree a little bit, The E-Z Hang is more for a run and gun type of hunting.

Re: Lone Wolf Stand Question
Don't get the ez hang bracket...the one it comes with is far superior.
