In need of string

Post by 884savage »

I have a Matrix 380 that is used just for deer hunting. I don't shoot competitive, and I'm not too worried about speed. So, I have a few questions. First, what type is recommended for deer hunting and shooting a couple hundred shots a year? Second, which string makers have good reputations? I tried searching this topic, and it said my search was too generic. Sorry if this horse gets beaten frequently.

Just about all of those string makers listed in the classifieds all make excellent strings! I like Boos Custom Strings the best personally. Send any of them a pm and they will get you what you need! Good luck!

Part of the problem is that I can't find the string makers in the classifieds. It won't let me search "strings", "custom strings", or most others. It says my search is too broad. What type of string are you using?

I’m using a Boo custom string on my Exocet and a Danny Miller string on my Ibex. Instead of searching for “ strings”, the trading post is a small sub forum and there are several members who advertise in threads there for Flemish strings. Good luck!

I moved the string makers to the top of the trading post for you. Boos was not there but if you click on his name it should take you to his website!
