Great job big bowman ,Made one myself a few years back
I don't shoot much so I don't do a lot of reserving, but when I take my string off at the end of the season I put it on my string on serving jig and crank er down good and tight to keep the stretch out of my string, and when I string my bow the next season it's ready to go.

The Boo Man is certaimly a very generous soul around here. Not only does he sell fine crafted strings but will teach you how to make them too.
There is a saying that goes "teach a man to fish so you don't have to fish for the man"
A quality trait the way I see it.
Well done BBM.

I have one very similar to that that I also built from scrap except for the metal tubing which I purchased at scrap price

Thanks guys! This is just as fun to me as shooting my bows! I figured that I build my own arrows, now it was time to start maintaining my servings! I'll find out today how well I did reserving this string when I install it and start shooting it?
