turkey times changing for next year

hi guys,
its been awhile, but...
has anyone heard that they are proposing to change turkey times next year....

i know the reasoning behind stopping it at noon, apparently that is when the hens come off of the eggs and start to wander

but, heard today, next year it will go till 7pm

got it from a pretty good source.....but you never know
