Just wondering how many here on the forum are using a Lifeline in and out of their treestands, hang on or ladder stands? I'm much more at ease once I'm locked in/attached. Thanks...

We use one every time. It is hooked to my harness before I take the first step up the ladder.

I don't use one in my 12 ft or 15 foot ladder stands. But I do use one in my hang on stands that are at the end of a climbing stick at least 20 feet up.

I have always used a harness in my climber. I do not use one in my ladder stands. They have rails all the way around...

Use it with all my hang-ons. Piece of mind and truly a breeze climbing, sitting, and getting down. Do not use for my ladder stands. The entire rope does light up like a bright white laser when hit with a flashlight...... will definitely let everyone in a decent radius know where the stand is....
