Ten Point

Post by Bolt30 »

I am fairly new to the art of crossbowing. I have a brain injury which unfortunately controls my ride side being a bit more weak and less responsing. I bought a Ten Point Titan tl-4 crossbow and I am wondering what your thoughts are on this for being my first one. I have heard alot about excaliburs and I am sorry for bringing this subject (different strain of crossbow) up in this forum, but I can find no others. If a unanimous response is given I may just trade it in for an exomag. I have no issues pulling at all just my grip is hindered. I used to bench 450 and squat 800, but one tiny thing (pulling a bow back) can cause alot of problems. Not to mention I do not care to fall from a stand while pulling a bow back, and holding it steady, and reinjuring myself just for the sake of trying. Advice is very appreciated good or otherwise.
Happy hunting Excaliburites!

Bolt30 we no care what kind of crossbow you shoot you are very welcome to the forum. I have not used your model but did have a TenPoint Stealth X2 which my son now has. Nothing wrong with tenpoint.. we all just like them tried and proven and fastest shooting crossbows out there with no wheels or cables to go out of wack  Theys called EXCALIBUR

Tenpoints are the best compound crossbows.
Excal's are the the best recurves.

I shot cable xbows for years and finally got smart. Excalibur is less fooling around. Mine is always ready to go when I am. I require more tuning than the Excalibur. The older I get the less fussing I like.

Welcome to the forum. I shoot a Ten Point also and an Excal. Both have the same accercey and shot great. The T P is more compact where the Excal is winder. It gives me the option to use a bow suited for the stand I am hunting out of and also the weight comes into play when I'm hunting long distances from my van.
