Warranty repair

I have a dead zone scope that needs repair, the front lens is loose where do I send it and do I need some type of authorization #

you will need to go to Support on the first page and then go to Warranty claim and read the page and follow the instructions after you fill out the form they will email you an RMA # and where to send it . when you send it the RMA# has to be on the the box I put RMA and then the numbers and letters . You will pay the shipping to where ever it is going .
