Finally Got The Boat Out!

Post by xcaliber »

I bought a new boat the 28th of July and had her in the water once before my heart attack. My son in law came over today to help me get her out on Lake Michigan. We dropped in @ East Chicago, and went to the dunes, then down town Chicago. Put almost 80 miles on her today. She's a 24' Regal Cuddy Cabin, and sweet! Feeling better folks!

All joking aside, if that were me in your shoes today... That would have been the best boat ride of my life!
Now the trick is to make more time to enjoy it.

Dan, sorry to hear about your heart attack but i'm glad you're doing better and was able to get that boat out. I bought a new pontoon in May and have taken it our about 5 or 6 times so far. Please enjoy it and have some fun. Good Luck and take care
