Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8X24

Post by Boo »

I installed this scope on my Assassin today and it works at 20/30/40/50 and 60 yards. Total arrow weight 270 gr, Lumenok and a 125 gr field tip and broadhead. Still have to do some experimenting but I might leave the magnification at 2X.

Yes you do! It's a very clear scope. I just checked at 7:45 pm and you do not need the reticle lit.

Don, we use these on some of our AR -15 Rifles at work and the Officers love them. I had the opportunity to sight 6 of them in and you're absolutely right they're very clear and you can get on target very fast. It's an awesome scope for a crossbow combination.
