My good friend .....and hunting rivals ravin blew up in stand today.........was it wrong to rub it in that he shoulda bought the "dinasaur. ...wide as hell" excalibur bow as he stated 2 months ago......
Vixen 2, metal ibex,Phoenix,sapphire,matrix 330 ,matrix 355 ,vortex and baby grand piano y25 relayer.
Trigger tecs,leupold crossbones and nikon bolts.
Zombie slayers and mostly swat broadheads.

Here sits ...up in my tree my pre cambrion or is it my paliezoic era vixen ll. Up in a tree while jonnny drives to the bow shop to wait in line for eternity.waiting for another era...or ice age

I don't do "I told you so" comments. I would hate to see that happen to anybody or any bow! But you're right about Excalibur, built to last! :D

I got good news for your buddy! According to the Manufacturer, the Ravin's a rifle, not a crossbow! :o

Those fiberglass thingy's on the sides are just for looks! All he needs to do is rack the slide, load another round, and he's good to go! :D

My guess is that the 100 yard accuracy has slipped a bit. :lol: :lol:

Don't rub it in, i sat in my tree stand last season n watched my right limb to my Micro shear off lookin at it :(

Ouch! Now he gets to see how good there customer service is. The bad part about that is most archery shops don't have the proper bow press to fix it!! :sick:

Hes an aging serious bow hunter just not shooting the compound as accurate as he used to. This is his first crossbow. He was all set to buy an excalibur ....but being a compound guy the "wheels" just sold him. We are hunting rivals but good friends l already offered him my micro or 355 politely.
