Has anyone shot 18in zombie slayers shortened to 16.5 in the micro 355? How do they shoot?

I'm at 17"with my 355 Micro, they shoot fine. I used 16" with my Micro 335. Use 110 grain inserts in the the snout and you'll be good to go with 100 grain heads or heavier. I would cut mine shorter but I use the same arrows for my Matrix bows.

That's all I shoot. Only mine are all 15.5
85, 92, and 110 great inserts.

Took a shot yesterday, then I disassembled the bow and replaced the trigger with a triggertech. Re assembled it and then put the same arrow into the exact same hole. No adjustments required . So yep, they shoot pretty good :eusa-dance:

I shoot 16" Zombies in both of my Micros (335 and 355).

110 gr brass insert, 125gr BH, 2" feathers, Lumenoks. Total weight around 415gr and they hit very hard.

Is there anyone on the site that makes custom Zombie Slayers for the Micro 335 here in Ontario? My understanding is the gentleman that was making them is no longer available. Been looking to get half a dozen made up for use with a 125 grain broad head and lumenok.

Thanks in advance

Aside from cutting the length the tools are readily available and affordable. If you are going to be doing this for many more years, the investment will pay you back many times over. The amount of pride you get from from success with your own works cannot be overstated as well. The resources here, and on YouTube will guide you all the way.
Good luck!

If you aren't in a big hurry, I can make up a dozen or sell you all the components that you need.

I'm shooting 18 in Zombies out of my micro 315. We use the same arrows for all of our xbows just to keep it simple.
