Another Excellent Customer Service Story
Was out hunting last Sunday evening and noticed my scope developed the"hairy fish eye". Was unable to finish my hunt. Contacted Excalibur via website Monday morning. Filled out the form and was sent an RMA number immediately,went down to an UPS office and sent my scope to Excalibur in Port Huron,Mi. Received confirmation of delivery by Excalibur on Tuesday stating due to this being the busy time of the season there may be a delay in servicing my order. Received another email from Excalibur on Wednesday stating my new scope was sent out that day via UPS. Received my scope Thursday morning! Talk about fast and excellent service...This is why I chose Excalibur..

They're hard to beat. The only time I had an issue, I was back hunting that same week. And that was during the busy hunting season. It may not always work out that way, but they do their best.

I had the exact same turnaround time for a new deadzone scope (replacement for a varizone). Just about one week. Great customer service.
