I have used the renzo decoys on turkeys with very little luck, being paper thin the birds would get spooked when they would lose sight of the decoy on end. This style decoy is very suseptable to wind and probably have alot of movement which may not be what you want.
Just my 2 cents.

Hey Farmer,

I picked up 2 of them myself this year. I have not had a chance to try them yet but I'll let you know how they work once I try them next week.

Here is a good link on decoy use:

And here are some pointers off the Renzo site if you have not read them yet...

Good Luck,

I used a Renzo doe feeder decoy back in early Oct. I had 2 bad experiences.
When the deer were about to come out into the clearing, they seen the decoy, snorted for a while and then ran off.
Then a doe came out and was facing directly towards the decoy so it couldn't see it. As she walked away from it abit she finally seen it from the side and she acted like she seen a ghost and walked off well out of range. She stared at it for a while stomped her foot and then ran off.
I think it was too early in the season to use it.
I started to use it again but have seen no deer yet.
