[I was just hell bent on using the vixen 2 for this season except for bear. I had this big boy come in last few minutes last night. I shot him 15 yards liver lung area. The little vixen went right thru. I didn't find him till this morning . l didnt know that he did a mark spitz/Michael Phelps across the creek and died on the other shore with difficulty I found him thank God. It would have been a shame to lose such a bruiser.l have been using the cabellas lazer strike 2 with the vixen they are really easy opening with a lighter pound bow. I should have been a little more forward on the shot retrieving would have been quicker and less muddier.One of my thickest base racks to date.
