Got 2" of snow on Friday.

We got around 2" of snow yesterday and my brother and I are going out this afternoon to break in his BD 360! Weather will be 30* so I hope to see some rut action! I have yet to see any!

Good luck breaking in the new bow, got some snow here also but I am saving my tag for firearm opener on the 15th.

On the Island we got 6" and I went out and the deer where not moving at all . I guess they where confused on the first snow .taught that they would be but no such luck. I give it a few days. that was the first time out in a month the wife has been very sick so we spent the last 3 weeks in the hospital and now it home care for several more . the extended our season till the end of Jan. so I have a little time.

We got 2" of snow on the pavement and about 3 1/2" on the grass (Ripon, WI)! Nothing like snow and cold weather for an excellent hunt in Wisconsin! Good luck to you both!

We snuck out for an hour and a half yesterday for the tail end of shotgun. Snow got them moving, we put up a big buck on the walk back out to the truck. No shot ooertunity unfortunately .

Good luck Steve, hope your Brother scores! I find the deer in our area get a bit panicked with the first snow.

We got a good 6 inches of snow in the great white north of Canada

Three of us went out yesterday afternoon and we saw 0 deer.
So much for rut action. Maybe it's late this year or the deer
didn't like the snow! I don't know!

Just give them time they just have to get use to the snow , everything will come. the rut is kicking in here . their glands are starting to get a little darker . got a little chasing on the camera .
