Very nice buck Joe, Congrats. As for hanging around, in the stuff we hunt around down here you usually have about 10 seconds to make up your mind and find a hole to shoot through. I knew I had shot a shooter this year but had no idea if was a 8, 9 or 10 point until I found him dead. All I had time to see was wide and long tines.

congrats , As being sure you can make the shot you practice all summer and then practice some more I do the same thing . I am always practicing so if the shot presents it self I can take it .
