I have a M405, M380, and a micro 335. I have no issues cocking any of them and they are all boringly accurate. Guess which does all the hunting - you got it the 335. So speed is largely irrelevant as far as I am concerned. I'm not sure if the 330 is lighter or not but given the price difference to me it is no contest - the 330 for the win.
