Had very good use with the Outpost from Dick’s or Field and a Stream. Very reasonable price. Comfortable. Easy to install. Best to have a helper.
I will second this. The Field and Stream Lookout Deluxe from Dick's (I have the 16 footer) is by far the best ladder stand I have ever used. A full platform with a fold up seat and they are on sale for around $80 right now. I had a 2 person ladder that I took down and replaced with this one as this one is so much better.
I have same stand but it has issues!!
Fat bottom end does not go in dirt well !
The joints click in cold I will work on that next year!
You better use 2 rachet straps 1 above seat and 1 below!
I used 3rd one down at stabilizer bar also!
Floor is nice !
I removed my seat and shooting bar and side arm rest!
I carry in my summit top and use it too sit on!

Boo,
If price is an issue you may want to try Dicks basic ladder stand, it's about 70 bucks. I bring a seat and back rest. The one stand I like and you will dose off in it is the Big Game HD 1.5 ladder stand. It's 18 feet to the shooting rail. Muddy also make great ladder stands that are very comfortable also and they have a few models that 20 foot high. I have hunted out both brands and recommend both. I do also have a few double ladder stands and bought the extra section which gets you about 18-20 feet. They are good for all of your gear. Remember to have some one to help you put it up for safety. one thing I do is use extra ratchets straps to give you a bit more stability. Check them out. Good Luck with your decision.

Thank you for your input everyone! It does give me some things to think about. We don't have the selection or pricing you guys have in the US. I'd love to check out Summit and Millennium but there aren't any dealers here in Ontario. I think I will be checking ladderstands out at the ATA.
This is one that I really want to see in person https://www.summitstands.com/solo-pro-ladder
The Big Game HD 1.5 ladder stand does look good and I will be looking at them too.

Hi Don,
I have a friend who uses the Millennium L110 and he loves it. Very study and the seat is very comfortable for long sits. The double rail on the front of the ladder provides a nice grip for climbing.
