First thing you need to do seeing how your now 50 is get a colonoscopy!
I have to get them annually!! Glad they put me to sleep now. In the 1980's you were awake for the procedure.
Seriously do get them as recommended by your doctor. Colon cancer is much worse than the colonoscopy.

Not something I'm looking forward too.
The bowel clean out procedure has improved greatly over the years. Still not much fun but at least I don't get sick at my stomach like I used to. Don't put it off and eat what they say you can eat. Popsicle's sure take the bad taste away just can't eat any red ones!!
