Canning almost complete

Post by BrotherRon »

Last batch is in the 22 quart pressure canner now.
I used the basic recipe I posted on here earlier and used a couple different variations.
1/4 teaspoon canning salt used with each pint...
1'st batch I added pepper and onions.
2'd batch jalepeno pepper slices.
3'rd batch Cajun seasoning.
4'th batch Garlic & onions.
I will see how they turn out and decide what to use next year :)

B.R., I've just started pressure canning myself. I'm a complete newbie. I may be PM ing you to pick your brain a little. Hmmm, I'll have to do a search because I don't recall your other post about pressure canning.
