Congrats bill. The spitfire was always good to me. Around my thick woods the big blood trails were a huge help in recovery.

Well I have been waiting all season the take a shot with my black 335 micro . I lent it to my buddies grand daughter and she shot a buck with it .and I finally got a shot with it and took a nice doe. tried out a spitfire maxx with cut on contact tip and was I surprised the first time using a mechanical what a blood trail from the time it came out of the deer and to where we found her the trail was great . A lesson learned here for me don't underestimate the mechanical heads . and that little bow shoots like a dream.
For those who don't know what Monte Nera means it is Black Death in Italian, that's what I named the bow.

That's awesome Bill, I wish our season was even a week longer. Congrats on breaking in the bow
