I applaud you for being willing to step back, take a deep breath and make your apology for losing your temper. We all lose our tempers now and then. I have learned over many years to keep mine in a safe place so that it is available only when I really need it, and to know that it is safely locked up when I don't. It saves a lot of embarrasement and grief. I still lose it sometimes, but I keep trying to know when to bring it out (as rarely as possible) and when to keep it securely put away.
