Be respectful of the damage a crossbow string can do to your hands! Avoid the triangle of pain!
Very good advice

Welcome! You chose a great crossbow and outstanding company. I have had nothing but a positive experience since buying an Excalibur crossbow. I would use the search function to type in your crossbow; this will show all the threads with those keywords. There are or were some videos on the website that demonstrates adjusting your brace height for example; I watched those initially to learn how to do it. With the Internet you can learn a lot about what equipment works and what does not by reading the reviews. There are some good reviews on this forum. Last learn from your mistakes- I try to do this each year since I started hunting. It has helped me become more successful in the woods. Safety first and welcome to the addiction.
