On Monday nite went to the gym did arms nothing special. The next day l had a "Indian burn" kind of pain in my right forearm area ,had it for a few days just figured it was old age. This Sunday l took our new pup for a nice long walk out the woods after about 3/4 mile l had pain on both arms and starting in chest. Basically scaring the daylights out of me knowing and trying to deny what was seemingly happening to me. I walked to the truck laboring .At home thought about shaking it off but came clean with my wife and back in the truck nearly having a full blown heart attack telling her to slow down 10 times. Anyway a stint was needed in my left anterior descending artery .....hopefully going home today ....please friends remember this if you have the symptoms dont delay.

Sounds like you made it just in time! Hope you have a speedy recovery. Mine turned into a quadruple bypass.

Wow! I had the full stress and all types of other heart tests done and all was good.

But my cholesterol was on the bad side!

That was a diet wakeup call for me!

I cleaned up my diet by eliminating processed foods and simple cards. In 3 months my bloodwork was perfect!

One thing I didn't stop doing was drinking beer but I did cut back.. Lol
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
