Not sure how to navigate this form quite yet. This photo of a Wisconsin collared wolf was taken this November on my trail camera. I was trying to make this photo my avatar. Can someone tell me how to post a photo on my avatar?

Go to the top right of the page where your user name is and click on the arrow next to your name.
Click on "User Control Panel"
When that opens, click on Profile on the left hand side of your screen.
Once you do that, you will see "edit profile" in red, and below that second option down, "edit avatar"..

I followed your instructions and got to "edit avatar" and tried all the different options described but I cannot get the wolf photo to be accepted. It is in jpeg form on my computer. It does not accept copy and paste. I downloaded the photo to "postimages" and that worked to get it posted as you see on the forum. Not at all sure how to post a photo on avatar.

It's probably to big, you'll need to use an image editing software or app to size it down to fit in the pixel restrictions

Use the "Paint" program that is installed on most pc computers to reduce the pixel dimentions...
