just something I enjoy doing. Getting grandson started in traditional archery, and want him to make his own arrows. He is lookin forward to it. And, the more I do , the more I learn.

Cool, great way to teach the grand kids.
I've never done a comparison. But I can't see executioner shafts being much more money. Be interested to know if you find out .

Buy any of the black eagle shafts ...much much stronger and stiffer ...and not much more money.

The diablo is a Easton Bloodline I’ve gotten raw shafts from Bowhunters Superstore in PA in the past, but I have switched over to mostly all Black Eagle the Executioners and the Zombies which I just usually order directly from them.Hope this helps.
