When I was around 66 or 67, a gentlemen I knew would always greet me with "how you doin young fella", he was 102!
Depends I guess on who you are talking to, a young fella sees us as old, someone that's 102 sees us as young!
Personal age perception is above the neck. Actual aging normally has a lot to do with what has gone on above the neck.
I have/had friends who were old when we were in high school. On the other hand, I have a student pilot who is 88. He’s referred to as Piggott’s oldest teenager. He has 5 motor cycles. He owns one 3-wheeler, a CanAm and was in Seattle Washington on a motor cycle trip from NE Arkansas touring the entire Pacific Coast (Hwy 1). While stopping in at a CanAm dealer he read an article in a CanAm magazine about the oldest CanAm owner. He was 77 but just road locally now. My student pilot friend was 86 at the time and on a >5,000+mile trip.
Age is a mental state. That mental state can and does affect the physical state. You youngsters, don’t choose to get old, never call yourself old!
