Thanks. I took a look for those on the MNR site last Wednesday when I was filling out my vacation request for Turkey. I was hoping to fill out my forms for moose and deer too but they still had last year's regs then. I guess I was just a day or 2 early.

I just used the new E licence system last night.

Bought my Turkey, Bear, deer tags. Also applied for Antlerless deer all from home. Tags printed and good to go.. ;)

Looks like August 20 could be an interesting day.
Wonder if having everyone trying to print their tags starting on the same day if successful in the big games draws ( elk, deer, moose ) will overload the system causing it to crash? :eusa-popcorn:
Should be interesting especially when it states you only get one shot at printing a tag.
Word of caution to all ! Test " Print " your MNR Account Summary first to make sure your printer can handle the printing off of the site.
I tried it and found an issue in the way my printer was setup causing it to hangup and fail
All good now

It appears you also need to carry a Paper Copy or (Electronic if you have the means ) of an up to date Account Summary on you at all times anyways.

Looks like Hunting going forward you will need a brief case to carry all your information with you at all times if you are not technology connect.
So much for a paperless future.

Wonder how my little printed paper seal will preform on on a long drag back to the truck, especially in the rain. :eusa-popcorn:

Wonder if I can laminate it??

You can keep it in your pocket as long it's notched out and you don't leave the deer unattended. :)

I have been hunting in the US with those printed paper tags for a while. I usually fill it out put it in a freezer ziplock bag and tape it to the animal so far no trouble .

I read all the changes in the new regs. I predict some big fines for those that don't bother to see what the new requirements are.. :)
