Awesome and congrats on the first now do it without the blind its even more fun
That has become quite hard for me at age 69 I find I can't sit at the base of a tree for a couple of hours as I used to plus I am almost deaf now and can't hear a gobbler gobble until he is right on top of me. Getting old makes turkey hunting a lot harder to do but I managed these three this month.

Hey man good for you I was only saying that because I started to chase them with the crossbow the same as I do with a shotgun and its alot more agravating for sure lol I'm not too far behind you agewise good to see you still out there getting it done ! I hunted them in Georgia and they can be tough especially if you don't have private ground to get on .

Congrats on the bow killed turkey! I've drawn feathers on three occasions with a vertical bow, but have never sealed the deal. I'm still waiting on one to come into range of my crossbow. Its just a matter of time.

Fantastic!

I'll be in the woods on April 27th with my crossbow tipped with a Magnus bullhead. I only use the shotgun if it's super windy! :)
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
