It may seem a minor point, but NO hunting Licence ought to be required. If you are using a firearm, only a P.A.L should be involved.
If it's a naturally occurring animal, a licence for hunting would be normal. If it's domestic livestock, no licence is required. If it's something "in between", no licence should be required. You ought to be raising H if they even try to require any licence.
You pay for hunting licences in order to fund conservation efforts, such as enforcement, and the promotion of game populations. To deal with nuisance, destructive, species, requiring licencing is just another fund raiser for government.

Hi5, I agree with you completely. For what I understand in most U.S. states, no licence is required, I was simply stating what I believe is the status in Ontario currently.
