dead zone scope on griz2

is this scope a variable speed scope? dial to suit your speed?

it's listed at minimum spd of 300 fps, if I want to use a heavier arrow, say 425-450gr, the arrow speed will be 270-280 fps.

will the scope range down that far?

I’d say test it out. The dials go lower than the 300 setting. My sons’ grizzlies have dead zones on them and the speed dial is set at about 300 shooting 412 grains. The crosshairs are set for 30 yard zero which you would think would require a slower speed setting. Hitting dead on at 30, 40, 50, 60, 70.

thanks, I think I up grade the scopethey seem problematic, have to keep im the "cost" of cheep equipment
