My grandson came over today to do some shooting with me. He shoots vertical bows and he can easily cock my BD380. I appreciate him coming over and cocking my bow for me! Well the 18” Tactical Tapps weighing 382gn was shooting exactly 380fps. The 18” Bloodsport Witness weighing 372gn was shooting 384fps. Not bad and plenty fast enough for me! I was a little gun shy to squeeze the trigger though! After settling in and getting it dialed in, it was really flinging those arrows fast and hard hitting!

I had never chrono’d my BD380 and had always assumed it would shoot like the original Matrix 380 around the 360fps mark. Good to know it’s hitting around 380fps with a 400gr arrow.

I've thought the same also. I haven't chrono'd and expected it to be around the 360fps mark. Great to know,
