Dr stirrup accessories

I'm looking at the rubber bumpers and the stuff that goes on the limbs. How much do they help with noise

They do help better than anything else I've seen. The bumpers are indestructible.

X2.....the dbKiller Bumpers are the best out there bar none.....I have had them on all my Excalibur Crossbows.....they are night and day over the REDS!

.....of course in MHO!

I have them, and the limb silencers that slide on your limbs, you position them at the curve on your limbs when cocked, these are on my Micro 355, and I think the combination is great. My 355 makes a low "POP" when fired, and is much quieter than my Matrix 380. The string stops are the best you can get in my opinion as well.

Take this FWIW......

I put Air Brakes, DR STirrup bumpers and Dr Dtirrup dBKillers on my Micro 355. I'm not a fan of slowing down my arrow, so nothing out near the limb tips or on the string.

I set my phone out in front of the bow and shot it as it was, with the Air Brakes, and then with the Dr Stirrup stuff. I am shooting a 425ish gr arrow.

There is some noise reduction but it is very small as far as I am concerned. My hearing isn't the best so maybe there is some high frequency stuff getting damped that I can't hear anyway....but the difference I saw was not huge.

Vibration felt a little better.

The bumpers do seem to be much tougher than the limb saver bumpers that come with the REDS.....but I have not had issues with those being destroyed either. But after a few years now I could see some small cracks starting to form on my 335, so they are due.

Will I be adding this stuff to my Micro 335.....nope.
