Flteching ?

Post by catclr »

When I receive my ST arrows from Jerry at South Shore Archery, he has them splined marked with a white dot. Question is do you line up the front end of fletching or the rear of the fletching , with the dot, when setting up your vanes on the arrow in the BOLT?

The spine indexed mark is for reference only. Usually the spine index is between the two hen vanes. Some like the index on the cock vane. It really doesn’t matter which just as long as the spine index is vertical when finished fletching. Good luck!
