OK that is the RMA I would contact someone like Dawn to ask why . One time I was asked to send the riser to them and got it back with new limbs .If I were you I would send the limbs in by usps . Yes you have to pay for them to be shipped but it should not cost you more then $8.00 I believe .

....Mike:

....I suggest that you send your issue and complaint to Peter (Marketing Dude ) and get his take on it....I believe if what you have encountered is correct then Excalibur is going down the slippery slope of starting to become just like all of the other companies :eusa-snooty: :eusa-doh: ....first serial numbers, now you have to send back and pay shipping....what might be next? :eusa-think:

....I would really like to hear Peter's response before coming to the above conclusion!

I register every crossbow I get so if there is a problem they can bring it up and I get no hassle. How many people bother to register the crossbow ? As for the serial numbers on the new bows they can go back a see yes you did register it again no hassle .

They want your CC info in case you don't send the bad limbs back and they shipped your replacement limbs ahead of time.

Makes sense to me. :)
