Micro 335 problems again

Post by Sanchezrx785 »

Who can I talk to about my micro 335. I'm really tired of this thing having issues every year. I have had to send it in just about every year.
I don't trust this crossbow any more. I was out this afternoon and once again issues. If your company has so many issues with this crossbow ,
Then why don't you call them back and make it right with your customers and replace them with a different model? Please let me know what you can do
For me. I'm tired of paying for shipping every year as wel,
Thank you, one pissed off guy

What seems to be the problem?

We can't really help you if we dont know what the issue is.
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

I beg to differ! This is the best place to discuss problems related to Excalibur crossbows! There’s a difference between flaming and discussion of problems. Flaming posts shouldn’t be allowed on any forum! But there’s nothing wrong with publicly bringing crossbow problems to the other members that may run into the exact same problems at sometime in the future.

True Brian, but it's hardly a constructive solution to post about a problem without disclosing the problem. And then leaving for 3 years.

I hope the OP comes back with more details, it if nothing else reads to fill in an RMA on Excalibur website to initiate a repair. I could see it would be frustrating to find a issue days before season begins

Sorry to hear about the issue. We are crazy busy this time of year and getting us on the phone can be a challenge. If you have an issue email a picture to me of the problem with your name and address and we will get parts off to you right away. My email address is:

A few years ago I posted about how appealing the micro was to me but I was reluctant to invest in one because of so many people posting about limb issues. I was immediately attacked by a couple of posters and essentially called stupid. I saw no reason to take a risk when there are so many models that seem much more reliable. I bought a matrix 350 and couldn't be happier with it. I have no interest in anything but an Excalibur, but micros seem less reliable than mid range matrixes.
