Nokturnal nocs

Post by deadeer »

Has anybody used them? Any good? Says they fit all crossbow shafts. I found a couple packs on a clearance rack, but dont want to spend the money if no good. Thanks.

I'd like to try them myself and compare them to the Luminocks I've been using for years.

....I have used them all....started with the Nocturnals, went to Lumenoks, then switched to Ignitors, over to Firenocks and now back to the Lumenoks...

....they each have their benefits and their drawbacks from price to brightness to ease of extinguishing to ease of installing to battery life....I for one came full circle back to the lumenoks for the brightness, ease of extinguishing and ease of use....

....overall they all will work for their intended purpose....

....we all seem to land up with what we find works for us and the word of mouth recommendations!

Wishing you the best with the Nocturnals!

I'm starting out with Lumenoks. Why? 1) Word of mouth here and 2) They are 25% off right now.
I know somewhere out in my small hunting cove is a bolt from 4 years ago with a sharp BoltCutter on it somewhere along the brush line. If it had been lit, I might not be talking about it right now.

I bought a pack and tried them. They work great. They come with 2 different size expandable inserts to grip the shaft. I took 2 shots each at 20, 30, and 40yds. They are spot on to my previous zero. I called and had the rest put on hold.

Thanks for the replies fellas.
