Going to give this kit a try.

I'll report my findings when I'm done... ;)

Looks great Jeff. So you added the mix to X lbs if ground, mixed thoroughly, stuffed into casings and smoked? ....what type of wood, for how long, and what temp. did you run your smoker?

Well done for me the best part of hunting is all the stuff you can do after the animal is down !

You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, wild game-kabobs,wild game creole, wild game gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple wild game, lemon wild game, coconut wild game, pepper wild game, wild game soup, wild game stew, wild game salad, wild game and potatoes, wild game burger, wild game sandwich. That- that's about it. Or not lol

I followed the recipe in the kit and smoked them for 4hrs @ 200 degrees. Internal temp came up to 165 degrees!

Easy peasy!!! :)
