What arrows (Heavy) to get for BD 440?

I currently have an Ibex but think it's finally time to upgrade. Getting the BD 440.
I want to shoot a heavier arrow setup to quiet the bow and to take some stress off of the limbs. I'm perfectly fine with 400 fps.
I am wanting Zombie Slayers & 125 gr broadheads.
Can i get the 18" with the 110 gr inserts or would I be good shooting the 20" that already come with 110 gr inserts? How far would they stick out?
What do the 18" and 20" Zombie Slayer's weight?

My friend is shooting 20" executioners w/110's, 3" vases and luminocks in his Assassin 420. With 100 grain heads he is at 455grn and when it hits it's rocks the target pretty hard

You can load a 21" arrow and still be well within the stirrup. The 20" come with 110 gr inserts.

I'll most likely go with the 20" zombie slayers for simplicity but I'm debating on getting zombie slayer 22" fletched shafts and putting 110gr inserts.

I’m shooting 18” Black Eagle Zombies with 92 grain brass inserts and 125 grain G5 Montecs (429.60 grains) and they shoot great out of the 440. I just went ahead and ordered a couple of dozen zombies last year directly from Black Eagle had them within a couple of days I’m sure during hunting season it might be a little longer but give em a call.

I’m shooting 700gr arrows out of my 400BD and they fly great. Using a 2219 with a carbon express 4000 shat inside it. The CE 4000 has a 100gr brass insert as well, 100gr G5 Striker to top it off.
