Nice deer and nice shot! Are you a baseball Cardinal fan or is it one of the college Cardinal teams? If it's baseball, we have that in common (along with crossbow hunting). Enjoy your fresh venison.

Congrats l hope it's the first of many crossbow bucks.Feels good lol.
Did the swhacker go completely thru the buck?
I use the Swhacker's but in 150g. And out of my Micro 355 they hum! I've shot them thru hogs, not little piggies :eusa-naughty: , but HOGS, and they have passed thru. I use them on white tail also. I shot fixed (Bolt Cutters) and they did the job, but I get better accuracy with the Swhackers.

Whether I get new replacement heads or blades, I sharpen them before hunting with them. I never use one "out of the package". But I did that with the Bolt Cutters too. Just one of those OCD things I reckon!!

I think we are all on the "quest" for the ultimate broadhead. I got a buddy that swear by Rage's. Another that won't shoot anything but a fixed Muzzy.
It's kinda like pizza, everyone has their favorite. :)

But if you're looking for a mechanical, give the Swhacker's a try.

Great shot at that distance! More proof that it isn't blazing speed that kills; its a well placed arrow with a sharp broadhead. Congrats!
