Congratulations Jeff. I've had a Bradley 4 rack digital for years now. I upgraded to it from my Big Chief. It's great at very low temp smoking so things like salmon and jerky are excellent. A couple suggestions, buy extra racks, flip them upside down and stack them on your existing racks. It's an excellent and inexpensive way to convert your 4 rack smoker into an 8 rack smoker. Secondly, to maintain your temperature, or add heat, keep your smoker controller on even if you finished adding smoke. Good luck and enjoy.
