Expanded my my Culinary techniques

Post by Carnivorous »

An early Christmas present that I was not supposed to open until Dec 25th. Had to make sure it worked! Lol

Imagine the possibilities !! :)

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

The kid and I started making our own smoked sausage this year. It's turned out good but I can see that there will be a lot of fine tuning to do through experimentation and trial and error.

Oh you poor poor soul. The best advise I can give you is to run it over, burn it then bury it deep. The world as you know it is about to change. Your waist line will simply continue to expand. If your not robust you will be by next Hunting season. Smoked meats are but mere child’s play. Think smoked course ground salt to start with. Then smoked deviled eggs, smoked Macaroni and cheese smoked onions peppers and mushrooms and of course smoked corn on the cob. Let us not forget that your unit comes with the spawn of Satan the “Cold Smoke” accessory. Now your into smoked cheese and cold smoking meats for later use. Yes my friend I do feel sorry for you. You’ve been warned. ENJOY!!

Nice let us know how the bradley smoker works. It looks like they may have made a few changes to it. I have had one for about 4 years and don't like it much and am looking at replacing it soon. Welcome to the addiction. You will have to kill stuff now just to use the smoker lol
