RMA

Hi,
I have a limb issue and now i have to start a RMA. Now i am at the point:
Number of units
"Selecting more than one unit will create an RMA with multiple units with the same field values"

What does it mean? What i have to do? I have two limb splinter at the position there the riser hold the limb.

Fill out the RMA take a picture of the limbs and email it to them. They don't want the limbs back . Seems some people are filling out more then one RMA for the same claim . That is what I get from the statement . you can send the pictures Excalibur marketing dude which is Peter telling him what happened. Hope this helps

Thank you! I have sent an email on monday and i have not get an answer, only the automatic answer to start an RMA. I have never done this before. I hope it works.

Make sure to take the pictures and email them so they can see the damage . I have had to do this a few times .
