Awesome ! Great time of year with lots of prime wild game meat in the freezer. I just did up a pot of Antelope chili and making lasagna tomorrow. But most times a nice grilled backstrap in hard to beat. :thumbup:

I was looking at the fat layer on the meat. We don't get much way down here in the south! Looks awful good though.
