Dec 31. Last hunt for me

Post by janesy »

Just finished my last hunt of the season. My freezer is full, so it was more of a relax and reminisce morning for me. My friend, who has recently started bow hunting came out for one last crack the big fella.

The light this morning at legal light was beautiful, full overcast sky and heavy humide air from the last two days of rain so when the sun came up it really only refracted the light. Everything that was light in colour was bright but the trees were all still dark. Kinda like twilight. The sky and the ground were the same colour with all these definitionless shadows everywhere. Real cool morning to close out the season.
